If you already have some bamboo or hemp inserts at home I would recommend the Happy Heiny's Happy Hempy diapers. They were pretty reasonable and have worked really well for DD. I do not recommend the OS option though as it shrinks way too much during prepping and is not really OS. They are on sale now on Kelly's Closet for $14.95. The bonus with these fitteds is you can get the option of a fleece layer, so no worrying about a fleece liner.
Old School Cool is a little more expensive ($25), but still does custom orders, and her night time fitteds are really absorbent, even without a hemp doubler.
