Our 15 month old has been at Primrose at Pinnacle since she was 12 weeks. We plan on sending #2 there (I'm due in Jan). We haven't had many issues at all, the place is always super clean and everyone is friendly. She has learned SO much there, including sign language. The price is high, but it's about average for all the school that we had looked at. Hope that helps.
