So I've been craving a tuna sandwich all day but I've been told to stay away from it, I've also so heard it's okay to eat it but it can only be canned "chunk light"
I use this as a reference. I don't eat fish often but have been lately. It says you can have white albacore 3 times per month (6 oz servings). It is listed as high mercury though. I typically just like to stay away from those.

Canned, chunk light is no more than six 6oz per month. It has lower mercury in it. I ate it in my last pregnancy, but this pregnancy I'm trying to avoid it even though I'm really wanting a Subway Tuna sub.
Thank you so much for this link! I was going crazy last week at a restaurant trying to figure out if I could eat walleye. Luckily I passed for some BBQ ribs!

I have a tuna mini sub every week and I did my pregnacny with DD too. In moderation it's okay.
I think now I will have one today.
Last I heard, all Tuna was banned during pregnancy. I think this happened last year in June. https://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/fishmercury.htm
