UGH!!! Obviously, like many of you I am sure, my stomach can use some love in the toning department. After having DD, I have lost a significant amount of weight, (65 pounds and counting..) however, my tummy needs to be more toned. I am at the stage in my weightloss where toning really has to be my focus. ON the lower part of my abdomen (i carried DD really low) I have looser skin. I am in need of suggestions that work to tighten all of this up. I am aware that the looser skin may just be something i have to live with in relation to pregnancy and weight loss. I also have wide hips, I used to think i just carried my weight on my hips, but no--they are actually very very wide. HA Maybe if its not weird to any of you, i should post a pic of my abdominal area frontal and sideviews to get suggestions for exercises to help me out!!
Current exercising has been running and strength training and some abdominal like crunchies etc. Now, over the past week, i have incoorporated some specific toning exercises for arms, butt and abs. (incase you wanted to know)
