I feel like I've been MIA lately and I probably have been. I apologize. Life has been very hectic lately. The wonderful news I have to share is that we've accepted an offer on our current house and found the perfect house for us to move in to. And it even accommodates our short closing period! No living with the in-laws and no double moves! It's been a roller-coaster ride of emotion between loving the house we bought and feeling great about it and feeling bad for leaving the only house Corbin ever knew and having to deal with new people and neighbors who will inevitably ask if we have any children but overall I can honestly say I'm the happiest I've ever been in 9 months and 3 days (the day Corbin was born). Just wanted to share the latest in my life. Thanks for reading.

Congratulations on the sale of your house and finding the perfect house too! I am very jealous. We are trying to sell our house right now and the market is just so slow! I am so glad that the timing is working out well for you too. I am glad that you have this happy news to share with us and am glad you are feeling the happiest you have been in a while! I jokingly told my realtor that I'm going to start a business. There were 4 different houses that we'd go in, look at it and then I'd say it's really nice and that I like it and the next day we'd find out someone put an offer on it. I told her I'm going to start a business where I simply go into a house for sale, say I like it and watch the offer roll in. Where do you live? Smile We actually ended up with 3 separate offers on our house. The first one fell through and then there was a bidding war of sorts for the actual sale. We were only on the market about 45 days. I still can't believe it!
