extra veiny this early???

in 1st Trimester

Im only almost 4 weeks pregnant and ive already noticed darker veins in my arms and unfortunity... boobs. waaaaahhhhh

Is this normal???

Anyone else notice this???

    Your blood volume is increasing, so it's normal for veins to be more prominent and seen easily through your skin. Make sure that you're staying plenty hydrated.

    My EMT FI desperately wants to stick a needle in any vein that's popping out and it totally grosses me out. I feel you.

    I'm so happy I saw this.  I have a handful of veins which have recently become more noticeable the past few days as well.  I'm happy to hear it's pregnancy related.

    me too!!!!! ugh, its gross but oh well!!! :)

    i am drinking alot of water and orange juice :)

    does this last all pregnancy or just early on?????

    So funny that you posted this.  I was literally standing in front of our bathroom mirror while DS took a bath tonite and I was like Surprise when I noticed my veins.  They look CRAZY!!!  I never noticed it when I was pregnant last time around but wow- you can see them spreading out from my heart/chest area, down my arms, and even one in my forehead!  Yikes.  I usually have small, pathetic veins so it's weird for me to see.  Glad I'm not alone
