Childcare in Little Canada/Maplewood/Roseville area?

Hello!

My husband and I are expecting our first baby on 8/24 and have yet to figure out childcare...we had settled on a center near our home in Little Canada, but I realized I was ruling out a lot of great home daycares. Now that I'm making calls on some, I'm having a hard time finding anyone with infant openings come 12/1 who has the hours we'd need (5:30 PM pickup)!

Anyone have any recommendations for a good home daycare in the Little Canada/Maplewood/Roseville area? Or know of any sites I could search that I may not be (looks at the U of MN site)?

    I'm also in LC!

    We were going to take DD to Children's Discovery Academy, but we thought it was a little spendy and it wasn't going to work well with our work hours (DH and I work(ed) odd hours). I ended up SAH with her, but I did hear some fantastic things about CDA from neighbors/friends.
