My nephew was 3 1/2 when we found out. For months, he was insistent the baby's name was Lorax. His day care teacher finally asked my SIL and was relieved we hadn't gone off the deep end!

Our friends found out they were having a little boy, and shared that they were naming him Patrick Joseph with the nickname PJ. So, for the last few months before he was born, we referred to him in utero as PJ.
If you ask DD2 what's in my belly now, she responds "PJ". Apparently in her mind PJ = baby. Though, she does think it's a little sister inside.

Whenever I ask DD about what we should name her brother, she either says "baby" or "girl."
I wanted to name my little sister Tunnel Head. Not sure where that came from, but that's the story.
