Induction Scheduled :( :(

Our induction is officially scheduled for this Friday at 7:30am.  I'm REALLY sad about it! (as is my husband...he teared up in the doctor's office, which made me cry too)!  I just want this baby to come wihtout being induced.  Any tips or tricks...or is the baby truly going to come when it wants?  Doctor isn't advising us to wait past Friday for an induction due to baby size. Anyone in a similar situation?

    I have heard wonderful things about using acupuncture to get labor kick started. My dr actually recommends it if you're wanting to avoid a medical induction. I'll be trying it myself if baby is not here by Wednesday.
