longer lasting teething gel??

So i use the little remedies teething gel and i put it on my own gums and the numbness lasted 5 minutes. Seems like it only lasts on my daughter for maybe 10minutes. Is there anything else you can recommend for teething that lasts for awhile???? lo's top two teeth are breaking through her gums

Those gels don't last long at all and aren't really good for LO. I just give DD tylenol or motrin if it seems to really bother her. We have also used Humphrey's teething tablets (Also called Hyland's). They're little pellets that you dissolve in water and rub on their gums. They are homeopathic and have worked pretty well for us.
