Grovia AIO Leaks

I love the fit of these diapers, but unfortunately they leak every time. My son had them on for 2.5 hours today (with both inserts) and they leaked big time. Anyone have a similar experience or thoughts of what might be the problem? 

The inserts are completely soaked so they're not repelling, maybe they're just too small?

    They've probably been washed 8 times. I'll try adding more inserts. I really love the fit and hope I can make them work!
