I'm lazy and I don't want leftovers since we're going to Chicago tomorrow. So I'm thinking either General Tso's chicken or Pot stickers with some rice and maybe edamame.
I'm planning on making a copycat of Olive Garden's Chicken and Gnocchi...DH LOVES it! Hopefully, I can find some breadsticks, and gonna make a strawberry pie...

We're having Pepper-jack, Chicken, and Peach Quesadillas with chips and salsa. MH will be in charge of grilling up some chicken to use so this will make for a very easy meal for me
Leftover Spaghetti Pie! I loaddded it with meat, to ensure I continue to get enough protein -- it was delicious last night, and I suspect it will be just as tasty tonight
...or, I might do a pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. Lots of left over pulled pork from the crock pot pork we made over the weekend for a separate recipe.
So many tasty choices!

Im getting OG tomorrow! SO excited. That soup is my favorite. We get
the Stop and Shop brand garlic breadsticks (in the freezer section).
Theyre the closest ones we've found to Olive Garden's.
My DH has disc golf league every Monday night so I'm on my own. Usually I just eat cereal because I'm too lazy to cook but we have a ton of left over sloppy joes from last night so I'll just have that!

These WFD threads are dangerous! I'm still working on the leftovers of a tater tot casserole I made (for the first time) because it was mentioned on another WFD thread. And man was it delicious.
I'll probably pick up some katsu at a local teriyaki shop. Someone posted a picture of a katsu burger on Facebook yesterday and I've been craving it ever since!

I made a huge pot of home made chicken noodle soup with lots of veggie yesterday, and DH is expected to eat it for dinner for the rest of the week. haha it is really yummy and soooooooo easy to make if you buy the rotisserie chicken at the store

I hate grocery shopping too! I usually have DH stop on his way home, he doesn't mind so why not?
We don't have much here, pasta, rice, frozen chicken, left over pulled pork. Nothing sounds good to me right now though:(
Me too!
the closest one to me is 2 hours away.
