We just took a tour of the daycare we're 85% sure LO will attend when I go back to work in 5 weeks. Right now, it looks like LO will go to daycare M-W, then be home with either DH or I on Thur & Fridays. What are you guys doing with LO?[Poll]

My mom will watch DS at our house every day.

I'm fairly certain my kids will be going to the Day Care center my son was in before I took maternity leave. If not, they will have a nanny.

We are lucky that my parents in law watch our kids. They've also watched their cousins.

going to work with me

I am in the process of working out a part time solution with my full time job. They are resisting and I don't think it's going to work out. They are a small family business with no set guidelines or HR Dept. In the mean time, I just got offered a part time job as a back up that will work with my schedule even though it's a massive pay cut. I am supposed to go back to my full time job and start my new part time job on the same day. haha. Either way my son will be with me or my husband and then my mother in law 2 days a week.
