Right now, I take Nestabs, which are prescription from my OB. My stomach is notorious for wanting to expel prenatal vitamins. These, I have found, are pretty easy on the stomach.
My OB said that I can take two Flinestone Completes and get all of the vitamins that I need from a single prenatal. I have them, and I love them! That's worth a try too. OTC and inexpensive.
I take CVS brand. They run BOGO promotions a lot so you end up getting 200 for around $10. It helps a lot of people to take their prenatals right before bed. My OB told me if I couldn't keep them down to just take Flinstones chewable vitamins.
I have been taking Zahler's prenatal plus DHA and would definitely recommend them. I take them with OJ enriched with calcium in the morning and so far haven't had any issues. I like that they include DHA and all the necessary vitamins, yet you only have to take two capsules.

I do the super cheap Spring Valley brand, and have no problems with them at all. $8 for almost a whole pregnancy's-worth of them. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Spring-Valley-Prenatal-Multivitamin-Multimineral-Dietary-Supplement-240-Ct/10325013 They are also gluten-free, for anyone who has any dietary need to avoid it.
(I also take mine at night, right after dinner, usually followed by a TUMS to prevent acid reflux and add some extra calcium)
