3rd Tri?

in Pregnant after IF

I have two pg apps on my phone. One tells me I am in 3rd tri today, the other tells me I am still in 2nd tri. A google search tells me it's at 28 weeks. My math in my brain tells me is 2nd tri started at 13 ww 4 days, then I should be in 3rd tri now?

Is there an official answer to this??? Just anxious to know I've made it to another milestone! What do you all consider 3rd tri?

2/11 Diagnosis: DOR-AMH .62, LPD and MFI-4% Morph
IVF #1-July 2011 7/9/11-Started Stims
7/20/11-ER:No eggs in 4/5 follicles. Left the 5th follie intact and converted to an IUI
8/3/11-Beta #1=BFN,
Nov, 2011 BFP #1=m/c at 7 wks 3 days
11/11-AMH .47, IVF #2 March 2012...or not!! Surprise BFP on 2/19. Beta #1=161. Beta #2 305 Our little miracle girl is on her way! Due Oct 29, 2012

    There's conception age, gestational age and development age. I've heard most NICU nurses go by the development age for trimesters which would mean you're officially 3rd tri today Big Smile Congrats!

    Me: 32 - Stage II Endo / DH: 36 - Low count and morphology (1%)
    IUIs 1-3 BFN, lap Dec. 2010, IUIs 4-6 BFN
    IVF w/ICSI #1 - ER 2/8: 24R 19M 9F ET 2/13 2-5 day blasts (no frosties) = BFP - b/g twins!

    My OB practice and a lot of the websites say 28 weeks, so that's what I have been thinking. But, I also didn't consider myself in second tri until 14 weeks. So, I tend to go with the later dates. But, that is definitely not an equal measure!
    TTC in 2009, Dx: Unexplained IF
    Three TI cycles (BFP...miscarriage), five IUI attempts and 2.5 IVF cycles later...BFP!!
    12dp5dt: 765; 15dp5dt: 1979; 17dp5dt: 3379...TWINS!!!!!
    Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!

    I've found quite a few websites that say 13w4d for day 1 of 2nd and then 28 for 3rd....the math isn't working for me! Oh well, I guess I can celebrate 3rd tri today and then again next Monday! Either way, I am slowly inching along!

    You are getting so close! I almost wonder if they make 2nd tri so long on purpose. Maybe they are trying to keep us there as long as possible since everyone says it is the best time of pregnancy!
