I was so concerned about feeling too good that i was praying for morning sickness. Well prayers have been answered, it's here! I am not complaining by any means b/c in my crazy little mind this is giving me hope. However with all that said does anyone have any tips on managing it at work ( I just started a new job). Any ideas on certain foods, drinks etc? This weekend i spent lounging around eating rice, crackers and soup, but tomorrow it's back to work.

I always feel "better" when I have m/s. Just makes it real for me since you don't show or feel anything in the 1st tri but sickness.
I just ate small, bland meals. Even if I thought something really acidic or spicy sounded good, I'd avoid it because I always ended up feeling like total shiit, and likely puking my guts out.
Whatever sounds good is most likely to go down without gagging. If I don't eat, I end up with a raging headache by the end of the day, so I've been trying to eat whatever I can. It seems to help to eat every few hours so your stomach doesn't get too empty.
Vitamin Water helps because of the B6.
I keep baggies in my purse with stuff like dry cheerios, pretzels, crackers, etc so that if I get hungry, I can eat a little something. (Lately, when I get hungry I need to eat NOW.) PB crackers are also good and the PB sticks with you a bit more.
Ditto pp on the jolly ranchers or lifesavers. Gum also helps sometimes.
Nothing is working for me! All food tastes gross and I can't keep anything down except soup!! Lost the last five pounds I was hoping to before getting pregnant (even though I'm not excited about it) I'm so over this....Unfortunatley with my son I was sick until week 22 - Just not all day long!!
It will get better and trust me the end result is worth it!! My son is the best person on the planet!!
Good luck finding what works for you!!
