(NBR)Gift ideas for my Grandpa

I am at a complete loss for what to get my grandpa!  He's 82, grumbly, and has EVERYTHING you can think of.  He lives alone on a farm, but gets out everyday to visit neighbors, etc.  He only eats out at a local catfish place or Huddle House.  He does all of his shopping at the small local grocery, the hardware store, or the farm store - if they don't sell it he doesn't need it.

My cousin ALWAYS gets him books and John Deere tractor stuff.  I hate to give him the same stuff each year.  E is the first "real" great-grandchild and the first boy born in my family since my grandfather!  I'd like to get something special, but hate to just give him a picture.  

Anyone have some different ideas?

    I don't have any pictures of them together and I won't have time to get one!  My grandpa is hesitant to hold E - I think he's a little scared of him or doesn't trust his own hands...

    That's a great idea!  He still has my cousin's, mine, and my sisters' hanging on his wall, so he could add E's!

    That's even better, There was a thread about salt dough prints this weekend.  It seemed pretty easy.
