Sucking...

Anyone else dealing with this? She wants to suck on her hands, my fingers, shoulder, arm... Seems to be just recently this has started. She woke herself up from a nap this afternoon trying to get her hand in her mouth to suck on it.

    My DS just started doing this in the past week.  He is sucking on his hands and my shoulder when I hold him.   He's been drooling too.

    Yup! The spit bubbles are the funniest part.  He gets a ton going and then they all drop out in one drooly mess.  But it is so cute. :)

    Yup,Sometimes she's so desperate to get her hand in her mouth that I have to fight the bottle in there!  We're getting a lot of drool too.

    It's good for them. Strengthens facial muscles. My LO prefers me to his fists or arms, but will suck on anything he can. He also started chewing this last week.
