Week #3 on Insanity! When DH doesn't need to be at work until noon, I workout after he leaves while Liv is napping.
When he or I (I work per diem) work early at 8am, I get up at 5:30am to get my workout done. If I wait until afternoon (4ish and later), I'm more likely to skip out because I'm really tired/lazy by then.

I am turning into an addict and i think it will only get worse (better?) once i get a decent pair of running shoes. I currently get 45 minutes daily on my lunch break: 30-35 minutes cardio and a couple of different strength exercises. I just upped spin class to twice a week. On the weekends i get at least double the time in the gym and sometimes i get more time in during the week if dh is home so i can just go before work. I am going to try running again soon and may take an additional class or two at the y if i can get Stella used to the kid zone there. Maybe i will add swimming. I am also going to start her in gymnastics there next month.

I completed the couch to 5k training program in June and liked it... I've been majorly slacking this month because it's so hot, but need to get back into it.
Me: 30 DH: 32
TFAS since May 2013
8/14 - Bloodwork showed heterozygous MTHFR gene mutation and elevated AMH (but no cysts)
9/14 - HSG, Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy showed tubes clear, but found and removed Endometriosis, scar tissue and 2 small benign masses on my tubes.
11/14 - Daily ultrasounds confirmed that my follicles are not releasing the egg and every other day blood draws showed very low progesterone... DH's SA was near perfect
12/14 - moving onto meds!!! Hold up!!! Surprise BFP after only taking the progesterone! Now what do I do with all of the other meds we already paid for?! Due at the end of August 2015 Beta#1- 4434 @ 22DPO Beta#2 - 7335 @ 25DPO Beta #3 - 14429 @ 28DPO
DH and I exercise together after he gets home from work. We alternate most days of the week with jogging while DD is in the jogging stroller or biking (I have an Ibert seat for her that she loves riding in!). For those days, we give DD her dinner at 5:30 pm and we go outside for exercise immediately after that. Twice a week we either do one of the workouts on the 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30 Days DVDs that I have and we do it after she's gone to bed for the night.
I find that since we do it together as a family on most days, I'm able to stick with it a lot better than if I did it on my own. I'd like to go to a gym because I love classes like Zumba, but I'm a SAHM and it's one of the things I gave up in order to be able to stay home with DD.
DH: 34/Me: 35 Married: Feb 2008 DD: June 2011 TTC# 2: April 2014 BFP!! 8/29/16 --> EDD: 5/11/17....it's a GIRL!!!
I take J out in the stroller every morning @ 8am before his morning nap. We do about 2 miles before it gets hot. Then we usually do a family walk with DH and the pup after dinner but that is shorter, maybe a mile or so.
Lurking from August '11 . . . I exercise 5x/week. I run 3x at the gym and do a weights workout/circuit training 2x at home. I take DS to the gym with me when I run; he goes to babysitting there. I do the weights workout during his morning nap.
We broke down and bought an eliptical, it's been my saving grace. On days I work from home (2x week) I go on during my lunch. Otherwise, I've been going on directly after DD goes down for the night (7pm).
I was doing Crossfit while off on mat leave, but stopped after going back to work at the beginning of June. I finally (as of last week) have started doing Pilates. I've had major lower back issues since having Z, and the physical therapist seems to think that I have a weak core. Hence, the pilates Good luck!
Oh, I also did the 30 Day Shred a while back and loved it!
I do running, mostly on my treadmill and have decided that every three or so months I will sign up for a race I have to prepare for that way I stick to it and can compare to my last race.
I am also using bodyrock.tv great website tons of free workouts for all levels I like the lite series. And the real time workouts. I can't say how they work as I am just starting my new workout program
Other than that I also do my body by vi shakes which helped me loose 10lbs and 11inches in three months without exercise so excited to see the results when mixed with the first two additions

I try to do 3 miles of walk-jogging after work 3 times a week. Before I got my jogging stroller I went after Vito went to bed. Now we go as a family right after dinner - before bedtime. We have a large pool so over the summer I've been swimming laps in the evenings too. Once we close the pool I will have to figure out something to do to replace that workout.
I take zumba classes 2-3 days a week after DH gets home from work (and if we get up early enough on Saturdays I go then too). I try to jog with my dogs 2-3 days a week as well to fill in the gaps. I would love to go to the gym more often but DH is tired after work and I can't justify running out the door everyday when he gets home (the classes start at either 5 or 6 and DH sometimes gets home just in time for me to run out the door). There is a family room at our gym where Maya can play while I use some cardio machines but she hasn't gone longer than 20 mins before she is screaming for me to pick her up and I always have to cut my workout short. I will try to take her again- it's been a couple months and maybe now she will play better with the toys or other kids that are there.
I do have a treadmill but I haven't used it in months- winters here are long and I'd rather jog outside now with my dogs while we still can. I'll get more use out of it in a couple months when I will probably have to use it after Maya goes down for the night.

No I am allergic to it. And you can tell since I am about 25lbs overweight.
I need motivation, too.
