ergobaby accessories?

I plan to purchase an ergobaby for navigating the airport with just me and dd.  Do you have any recommendations/experience with the accessories? I am pretty sure I am getting the teething pads but I was also intrigued by the cargo pack and/or backpack. It seems like it would be easier to use the backpack than to carry an additional diaper bag, but I also wonder if it is very easy to use when attached to the carrier. Any thoughts?

    we've only ever owned the ergo sport and the insert.  We have a Diaper Dude which is a messenger-style diaper bag, and we'd wear that, then put the ergo on.

    We have the insert and teething pads.  I considered getting the cargo bag but survived without it.
