Pain in stomach. When to call?

I'm having a pain in my stomach. It's parallel with my belly button but to the right side a little bit. It feels more like a pain you would get from pulling or tearing a muscle. It started around 8 (east coast) and as long as I lie still it doesn't bother me. I've felt the baby and checked his heart rate with my Doppler and its fine. Should I be concerned or should I wait until morning and if it still hurts, give my OB a call?

    It's probably just a ligament stretching to accommodate a growing baby. That said, I'm a firm believer in calling even if just to make yourself feel better. If the baby is fine and you have no other symptoms, I'd call in the morning.
