I almost always diaper first. Although when she was really little, we'd diaper in both ends of the feed because she pooped as soon as she laches on for months.
It depends. In the early days I would feed on one boob, change, then feed on the other. If she had massive poop I would obviously change her first. A little pee she could wait 10 minutes.

Diaper change then feed. That way if she falls asleep eating, I don't have to wake her up to change her. I don't change after a feeding unless she is obviously dirty, but that's also because in the early days she would fall right asleep after eating.

We pretty much always had to change him after because he was a pooper every time that he ate. When he was really little it wasn't hard to get him back to sleep. Now I always change the diaper first because it can be a PITA to get him to fall asleep and if he does while eating I'm not waking him back up for a diaper change.

I see I was in the minority, I feed first then change unless it's poopy. Our son hated to have his diaper changed. He skirmed and screamed like we were hurting him once we laid him down and even touched his diaper. I noticed he was calmer after a feeding, so that's when he was changed. He just got to the point where he doesn't mind getting changed.

When she was a little baby, change because she would poop while feeding and I wanted the diaper to be as absorbent as possible.
