Hi, I am new bumpie!
Hubs and I tried for 2 months and got a BFP 7/6/12 (Two actually!) and another on 7/8. Brown spotting and a few clots came and I am assuming MC'd at 5w2d (7/10). U/S on 7/18 showed no sac and the HcG blood test was 0. Nurse doubted that I was even pg, but said we can start trying NOW! (I'm convinced I was pg) SO glad we told family and close friends, because the support was overwhelming. Hub and I are doing well. If it was supposed to happen glad it happened early! My question is how am I supposed to know my cycle... Never really got AF. Will it take a while? Any advice or happy-ever-after stories are welcomed.
*The best is yet to come*
Re: Early MC, now what?
I'm sorry for you loss. If you got a positive pregnancy test you were really pregnant. That was very rude of the nurse to say otherwise.
Im confused what you mean by having passed clots but not gotten AF. Normally you pass clots via the bleeding. How many days did this all last for?

BFP/WTF#4 10/26/12 CP
BFP#5 12/10/12 EDD 8/23/2013
Disregard what the nurse told you. You saw the tests!
We miscarried early as well, and we were given the ok to try again right away.
The way I looked at it was like this: At least we COULD get preg! (and we did again. almost immediatly.)
Good luck, honey!!!
I had an early m/c at about 5w last year. I had just gotten confirmation from a doc three days earlier. But she told me when she confirmed it that it was really early so be prepared for anything.
Mine was definitely a m/c....it was like the worst period ever crammed into one day. My cycle had gotten a little erratic but my period came back in a month. I would recommend at least jotting it down on a calendar to track. After the m/c we were told to wait two months to try again. We did and as you can see from my ticker I'm due in 6 weeks with a little girl. I got pregnant immediately and have had zero complications this time.
Good luck!
This gives me such hope! I just miscarried at 8 weeks(baby died around 6). I have no idea what the plan is now, but I'd like to try as soon as we can. It's nice to know that people can conceive again right away and have no complications. It makes me cry just thinking about it.
Best of luck in planning for another pregnancy!
