Birthday,mucus plug, and sweets!!

Hi ladies. Hope all is well. Today (well technically yesterday, 7/28) was my bday! Had a great lazy lazy day with my fiance just enjoying his company. He made me an amazing omlette, amazing dinner, and we stuffed our face with some mini size chocolate bars while watching movies. When I first woke up this morning, got up to pee, I could feel i was a little wetter down there. I wiped and a huge glob of what i believe was the mucus plug came out! The day before quite a bit ran down the shower drain, and few days before that little by little was coming out. I had my 37 week appt few days ago in which i told doc this and he said "any day now".... I was thinking no - not yet. stil have much to do! But he knows baby is looking so low. Not doing an internal until my last appt , If i make it that far. I keep reading about so many of you having little ones couple weeks early, I am a little freaked!  havent got any of our bags ready. Luckily we literally live less than five min driving distance from hospital.  how is everyone else doing ..... any small signs down there?

    I wish, I haven't seen a speck of my mucus plug. Bags are packed with nowhere to go

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

    Yesterday I spent the entire day wearing myself out shopping.  By the end I was getting huge sharp cramps but after a nap and some time I went for a bowel movement and they stopped so I felt like that was it.

    This morning I was dozing and I felt a huge shift in my belly and when I went to pee I had some bloody show!!!  I went to check out in the mirror and baby definitely dropped and I'm having mild cramping.  It's all happening (slowly but surely).  

    I see the doctor tomorrow so can't wait to see what he says!

    Happy Belated Birthday!! I haven't seen a mucus plug yet but sometimes I wonder if its been flushed without noticing. Although my bag is ready to go....atleast you're close so you can get things together and still get to the hospital quickly or just go and DH can head back to get things without being away too long!
