Post pregnancy question- swelling???

How do I get rid of all this fluid in my feet and legs? I know I have double from the twins- but literally feel my skin stretched to the max with the leftover amniotic fluid! Help! Any tips?

    Water, water, water!!  Drink and pee!!  My feet swelled like elephants after I had ODS.  Its from all the fluids they're pumping into you while in labor.  It goes down after a week or so, but man I remember that.

    Has anybody not had IV fluids during labor?  I had horrible swelling after having my DS but I won't be getting IV fluids this time and I'm wondering if I'll have the same level of swelling.

    I am not really sure if this is right but I am having swelling now pre delivery and compression socks are my new best friend!!
