I just worked on eating really clean. All snacks were a fruit or a vegetable and some nuts. Lean proteins and lots of raw fruits and vegetables at meals.
My son was born in the winter, so I put him in the stroller while I walked the mall about twice a week until 6 weeks after delivery. Also, wearing your baby in a sling or carrier helps burn extra calories too! Good luck!

I have been eating clean, drinking tons of water, walking, breastfeeding and doing some light strength training and pelvic floor exercises.
I am 3 weeks postpartum and have lost 30+ pounds already. Good luck!
