TTC After a Loss
intro - 2 losses, FVL, long (siggy warning)
I've been taking some time off from the Bump lately while I've tried to come to terms emotionally with the past few months. But I'd really love to reach out to you wonderful ladies, so here I am. 
A quick history about our struggle: I have a 2 year old son. I was induced with him at 38 weeks due to pre-eclampsia, but we didn't think much about it at the time.
We decided to start trying for another baby last year. I got pregnant quickly but lost that baby at 14 weeks in February. Had a D&C. It was very unexpected and traumatic, and we waited 2 months at the advice of my OB before trying again.
We got pregnant right away. My HCG levels were good, so we went in for an early ultrasound at almost 7 weeks. There was no heartbeat. I decided to pass the baby naturally and did so about 10 days later.
My OB wanted to do recurrent loss testing, so I had a ton of blood drawn. They found that I'm hetero for Factor V Leiden. We'll never know for sure if that's what caused the deaths of baby 2 and 3, but I'm meeting with maternal/fetal medicine in a few weeks to discuss what to do during my next pregnancy. We're facing baby aspirin and/or Lovenox shots.
My meeting with m/f medicine is on the due date of the first baby we lost in the second trimester. How weird is that? It seems appropriate, somehow.
It's been really difficult to deal with the news that my body might have killed my two babies and caused pre-e with DS. But I'm glad that we have a game plan for next time. I just finished my first post-loss period. My doc gave us the go-ahead to start trying now, so right now I'm just waiting to O.

RPL Workup: + LPD (7DPO Prog = 7.8, Endometrial Bx = out of phase)
Elevated Alpha 2-glycoprotein IgA and antiphosphatidylserine IgM -->
Hematologist said not to worry and no need for treatment!
Dx: LPD
Cycle #1(08/2012): Clomid 50 mg CD3-7, Ovidrel CD13 + Progesterone = It worked!
BFP #5 on 09/10/12 (11 DPO). HCG #1 @ 14DPO = 131.6 HCG #2 @ 16DPO = 509
EDD: 05/23/2013
TTC since March 2010 ~ Dx Unexplained IF September 2011
2011: IUI + Clomid = CP#1
2012: 3 more IUIs + Clomid = 3 more CPs. One on-our-own pg, also CP
2013: BTB IUI + Lupron/Follistim/Prometrium/PIO = CP #6
IF testing, RPL testing, Autoimmune testing = all normal
So lost.

Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3
Cycle 4: Femara, Follistim, trigger shot and IUI = BFP! EDD: 6/7/14
