Did anyone else catch the scantilly dressed gentleman sunbathing on top of his roof during the Men's road race this morning? The heli-cam scanned over the roofs and I saw what was maybe a Speedo and a waving Union Jack.
I love gymnastics and swimming. I wish they show some different things though, I would prefer things like fencing instead of basketball.
We have so many channels. Most of the time it's overkill, but during the Olympics we can see just about any sport we want This year we even have a Olympics 3D channel! I think you can see just about anything online too!

Equestrian is also a fav, but because I rode Hunter/Dressage for 10+ years before the funds ran out for owning my own horse. I'll just leave it on all day while I do laundry and watch whatever they put on
What about that opening ceremony? Other than Rowan Atkinson who always makes me smile, I thought it started with some energy and then began dragging. I don't think it held up to other country's ceremonies at all.

I thought it was OK, but honestly I don't remember any of the others except Beijing, which was so over the top you can't really compare them. I loved that the parade of nations went at warp speed...that part is so boring. Rowan Atkinson was hilarious, and I loved Paul McCartney . The rest of it was just ok, although I did like the children singing and the reading from "The Tempest". I did think it was strange that through all the music history part there was no Elton John played!
I love women's gymnastics most, but I've been watching most of the day random things. Keeps my mind off counting down til tomorrow night. So happy to have the olympics to watch!

Love gymnastics too...not the guys as much as the girls though.
