RAH! RAH! SIS-BOOM-BAH! OK, it sounds like everyone did really well this week! Whoohoo go May mamas!

    ULTIMATE WARM FUZZY PLAN:
    Long term goal: 125
Milestones towards goal: 130 - DONE! :) As of this morning I'm 129.

    BRAGGING ZONE:
Last weeks successes: I don't think I checked in on last week's FFH2FH, but while I have totally failed at going to the gym lately, I have been awesome at walking and I have easily walked 10 or more miles each of the last two weeks. At this rate I'm going to wear out the stroller!

    THIS WEEK'S PLAN:
Fitness goals: More walking, but it's so darn hot out that it might have to be in the mall :( Go to the gym at least once. I am almost at my pre-preg weight but it's becoming more obvious that even when I get to my goal weight, my body is not going to look like my pre-preg body without toning and weights.
Nutrition goals: I've managed to cut out the junk pretty well the last couple weeks, but mostly because I don't seem to have an appetite for much of anything. I need to include more healthy food.
Self care goals: Take some time to myself while LO is napping to read my new book and stop worrying about having a spotless house.
Mantra/positive thought for the week: Getting closer!
    Miscellaneous goals:

  • I don't know why I'm responding now almost a week later but whatever.  Bornmommy, I haven't bought a big pack of oreos but I do buy the 6 oreo pack at work when I'm really craving something sweet.

Goals: 145, 140, 137 and 5k, 10k, 15k, and half marathon.  My weight fluctuates between 144-146 so I'm going to say I've passed the 145 goal.  Jogging has been put on hold b/c I hurt my big toe.  (for those interested, a door pulled my toe nail almost off, very painful).

My new job is kicking my butt and having to figure out how to manage two kids, a career, a hubby, and myself is kinda tough.  So for now I'm putting everything else ahead of me.

Goals for the week: cut out the crazy amount of snacking.  I must have three snacks (all carbs) between breakfast and lunch. Maybe go for a jog/walk by next weekend when my toe feels better.

Mantra for the week: I will get a handle of my new job and be awesome at it!!
