Am I possibly pregnant?

My boyfriend and I have been together almost a year and a half. He has vericolous which is vericose veins in his testicles. His sperm count is low, but they told us it is not impossible for us to conceive. He is having surgery to fix it, but I have been having some very bizarre symptoms the past week or so. My ovulation date was July 20. We were intimate everyday that week. On the 20th, I noticed that when I sat down criss crossed my right hip had a sharp pain. The pain radiated down to my toes until Sunday the 22nd. Monday I had pain in my hip, and pain in my left ovary. I have ovarian cysts occasionally, so brushed the pain off as a cyst. Today, I woke up with a tender feeling in my lower stomach/pelvic area. The pain in my hip is completely gone. I have also noticed an increase in urination, my head has been hurting, and I have been exhausted. I have a 25 day cycle so my period is due August 3rd. I took a pregnancy test this evening and it was negative. Is there anyway these symptoms are pregnancy related? We would be elated if we were. I plan on going to the doctor next week, but I wanted to put this out there to see if anyone else has had these symptoms before. Thanks!

Wait until you actually miss your period and take a test. We can't tell you if you are pregnant or not.

I think you felt sperm meet egg!

But really, the only way to know if you're pregnant is to test. Many early symptoms of pregnancy are also signs of your period on its way. Do you know for sure that you ovulated on the 20th? Are you charting? If you did in fact ovulate then, it's still too early to get a positive test. Implantation doesn't occur until 7-9DPO. And, hCG doesn't start to increase until after implantation. I would wait a few more days (really more like 5 or so) and test again.

You could just be sick. Having a weird week. Need to see a chiropractor. Have gas. It could be a myriad of things. Until you POAS you won't know for sure.

I won't say you won't end up getting a + but nothing you've written is something that makes it seems so as of today. If you ovulated on July 20th (and I've got to ask how you know that. Temping/charting?) and you wrote this post on July 27th, you can do the math. Implantation takes place 7-10 days after ovulation so while it's possible you're pregnant, you clearly would be too early for pregnancy symptoms.
