acne or eczema?

LO is almost 6 weeks and has, what I thought was, acne on her face. Now, she has some on the top of her back and top of her chest (area exposed not under onsie). Now it is also  a little on her arms and legs and in the crooks of her elbows and knees. She's been really fussy today so I don't know if this is bothering her.  I feel so bad for her. She doesn't appear to have a fever or anything like that. Any suggestions? Thanks!
