If LO is rolling over from back to stomach is it safe to leave them on their stomach?

    I just wouldn't leave them anywhere where they could possibly roll and fall.  Even if you think your LO can't do it yet, he/she will surprise you!

    I think you're asking if it's safe to leave them on their stomach while they're sleeping and if so, then yes. My pedi said that if they can roll themselves onto their stomach (and onto their back again if needed) you don't have to flip them.
