Popped blood vessels?

So, I just noticed some fine little red dots right under my eyebrows, but not down onto my eyelids. I threw up for the first time this morning, and was wondering if maybe the dots were popped blood vessels from throwing up? Anybody have anything like this?

I popped a blood vessel in my eye about a month ago from throwing up, and it turned my entire eye red for weeks. You may have burst one in a different spot than I did though- I'm not really an eye expert!

ETA: Do you wear contacts at all? I've heard eyes can become much more sensitive during pregnancy. Maybe that has something to do with it?

No, I don't wear contacts. And it's not in my eye which I think is weird. I guess I'll keep an eye on it (no pun intended) and get it checked out at my next appt. naturally weird stuff happens 2 days after my dr appt...

Yes, it's due to throwing up. It happens all the time to me.

ETA: It goes away in a few days.

Bahaha.

You could try putting tea bags or a cool washcloth or something on your eyes and see if that helps with the redness.

Yep that's what it is. I threw up every night for 8 weeks in first tri. My whole face was covered in burst blood vessels. They go away in a day or two.
