Argh! 1 hour glucose...

So I got a 144. Everything says that I should be under 140... if not, I have to take the 3 hour. Are they really that picky on the cut off? Do I really have to take the 3 hour? Grumble, grumble, grumble. Off to eat a piece of pie!

Yep, they are that picky!! I had a 142 on the 1-hr w/ DD, and a 143 w/ this one. I had to take the 3 hour both times, and passed. It's not that bad, just long and boring.

Go as early in the AM as you can....it was easier for me since you have to fast.

?Yes they are really picky about, I got a 137 last week, I'm going in on Friday at 8;30 for a 3 hour?

Mine was a small town clinic. I took the 1hr on a Fri morning and didn't hear the results until Monday. The 3hr however they called that day.

May - I have Kaiser and they post the results online right away. I got the results that night and my m/w called today to confirm. I'm going to take the 3 hour next Tuesday. Definitely in the morning because of the whole fasting thing
