So I just got around to watching the finale. I have to admit I'm a little shocked that Justin won...I really thought I would be Yvan

Michelle was my second choice too - I guess I thought if it were up to FN - Justin was a shoo in since he had a different POV. But since it was up to America (so they claim) it would have been one of the other three.

I think his ideas are interesting but I can't see myself making anything that he would show me...like that gel he used for the salad on one competition - it would be awesome to go to a restaurant and eat it that way but I can't see myself buying all those ingredients and taking the time to make it at home.

I was shocked Justin won. I think that Michelle's show is something different that I probably would have been more likely to watch.

I am disappointed that Justin won. I didn't like him at all. I didn't like his cocky attitude or any of the food he made. Sure, his POV was interesting, but I'll never make anything he makes.

I was hoping Michelle would win. I liked her. Yvan's mac n cheese looked awesome though!

Really? MH and I thought it'd be Justin from Day 1. Martie drove us nuts, I liked Yvan but didn't think he was creative enough and Michelle was just "eh".

I loved Justin! I thought he was so fun, and so different. Yes, a little cocky.. but not too much as to turn me off. I actually voted a few times too, and I usually just watch reality shows, but never bother to vote. I could NOT stand Martie. I was so surprised she made it to the finale. She annoyed me! I liked Yvan, and I thought Michelle had potential in the beginning .. but in the end, I agree that she was just "eh".

Really? I disliked Yvan... maybe it was the way he talked and his inflection. But that mac and cheese he made - I really wanted to eat it.

I'm actually happy Justin won - I really liked him and his view on food. My 2nd choice would have been Michelle... she also inspired me to want to make that clam dish.

My husband and I are so excited that justin won! He will be the next Alton Brown and Good Eats. My husband and I love to cook and he loves science type stuff and the science behind what makes something taste better or work the way it does, so we are excited to try to make what he makes.
