Backache?

Since yesterday, I have had the worst backache ever.  It's in my lower back, mostly on the right side.  It hurts especially bad if I lean over to do something like brush my teeth or change DS' diaper.  It's more like a bad soreness rather than a pain or ache.  Definitely not a sciatica type pain either... I've experienced that before and that's not fun either.  This is more centralized to my lower back.

Besides Tylenol, anyone have advice for me?  I HATE taking any meds normally, and def don't want to take what I don't need while I'm pregnant.....

    This is very common for me. I try to ice my back as much as possible and use icy hot patches. It makes a whole world of difference.

    Just read that Icy Hot is not ok bec it has aspirin in it.  Is that the same for the patches too?  What about Mineral Ice?

    I honestly don't know about the patches, but I've always used them. It wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor first.

    I didn't call my OB today because it got better, but now I can barely move.  I just told DH if it is this bad now, what's it going to be like when I am nearing delivery?  Oh boy.

    I just downed 2 Tylenol just now, and hopefully it will help, but yes, tomorrow morning I shall be calling!
