Will you have company to help after baby arrives? oh definitely, no over-nighters but there will be alot of people in and out and i'm getting anxious about it because I will have to keep up the house work and take care of the baby. I am most anxious about my mom because she is a clean freak and my house is lived in

What was the best part of your week? I have been super busy with work lately and also got some large print orders, so that has been nice. Not only $ wise, but knowing that people loved their photos so much that they ordered lots of large ones to hang in their homes makes me happy. I've also done a few happy dances/squeals when nursery items arrive and I slowly piece it together. I love it.
Worst part? Yesterday our dog, Georgia (chocolate lab) must have jumped over our backyard fence, because she escaped. DH was at work, it was 8 a.m. and thunder storming. So, still in our PJs, I loaded DS into the car and we drove around town during the thunder and lightning with the windows down, yelling for her. We got totally soaked, held up traffic, and didn't find her. I was frantic. DH came home to help us - luckily the police found her, and she is home safely. It was awful. My first baby!
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? My Mom is a teacher so she will be working but said she's been saving time off (so sweet) and will come for about a week to help with DS and the new baby. She did when DS was born too and it was a lifesaver, making meals, etc. It will be even more appreciated this time with the toddler to add to the mix. MIL is retired and has offered to come after my Mom leaves. I'm so grateful!
Not a ticker change day for me, just wanted to say I'm glad Georgia made it home safely.

What was the best part of your week? Spending some time at the beach with mom, sister and DS.
Worst part? DS getting a cold.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? People will be around, but no one will be spending the night with us. I appreciate people helping, but I also appreciate them leaving.

ETA: So scary about your dog!! I'm glad she's ok. I'd have a panic attack if my dog got out.

What was the best part of your week? My sister is coming to visit! I haven't seen her since March!
Worst part? Haven't been sleeping well. So. Tired!!!
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? Yes. DH will be off for a month and my mom will stay with us on and off. My dad / stepmom will visit. And, my MIL will help while she is still in state.
Weeks/Fruit if you care: 32 weeks a squash this week
What was the best part of your week? Getting the bedroom the kiddos are going to share put together and having it done so I don't have to worry about it any more. Also getting a date from our contractor as to when he will start the remodel.
Worst part? I don't have anything really bad that happened so that's a good thing. But if you change the question to my biggest surprise of the week I would answer. I was measuring large at my last appointment 4+weeks so they sent me for an ultrasound and we found out this little baby is estimated at 5.5 pounds and in the 80% percentile at 30 weeks. I of course know ultrasounds aren't accurate at this point anymore but I was just surprised at how big this LO might be when it's born, and that this baby might be here prior to my due date. Which is a little bit of a bummer as I was looking forward to having most of Sept to get more stuff down around the house. Oh well though this baby will come when s/he comes.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? We wont have company to help after the baby arrives, I'm though really looking forward to spending time with our new family of 4. I am sure we'll have some people over but really I just want time to adjust to our new family and enjoy the time we'll have off together.

What was the best part of your week? - Well coming up my sister from Norway is coming home for two weeks with her three crazy kids. I mean crazy in a really good way. I miss those kids so much!! I just hope I'm able to play around with them as much as I want.
Plus, DH's cousin went into labor, we think, today (her due date) and if gives birth we'll drive to Austin this tomorrow.
Worst part? - Was up last night from 2-4 with BH and kicking the crap out of me. I guess she's getting me use to her timing. I mean come on I only have 6 more weeks to sleep please let me sleep a little.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? - Both our family lives (from parents to aunts, uncles and cousins) in the area. I mean they are all 30 mins away so I don't think we will get to much of a choice without offending someone. I'm ok with it right now and hope I feel the same way when she gets here.
So glad your dog was ok! I assume he was blue chipped, right? That's how the police figured out he was yours or did you just happen to call the police?

Yep, she is chipped, but that's not how they found her. We had called to tell them she was missing and gave our #, and within an hour they had her in a squad car. Bad dog!

What was the best part of your week? Getting to relax last night for the first time all week. DH has been traveling for work, and it was the first night I was able to put my feet up, work on DD's baby blanket and watch Glee after DS was in bed.
Worst part? DS is in a really active/somewhat defiant stage, so chasing, bending, lifting him all the time when he doesn't want to listen the first time is getting challenging.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? My mom will likely come out once DH has to go back to work (2nd week, most likely).

What was the best part of your week? Finding out that my best friend is pregnant!
Worst part? Watching my ex let the kids down once again. I try to be positive about him but it's hard to watch him hurt my little sweeties over and over again.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? My mom has offered to help but I'm not sure whether I'll accept. She is helpful but also super critical and we don't have a spare room so she would be sleeping on the couch bed.

What was the best part of your week? Yesterday I got to drive 2 hours to finally see where my best friend moved to (and bought her first house! yay!) and we all had dinner together and watched movies.
Worst part? How I only got maybe 2 straight hours of sleep after coming home, and am here at work.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? Nope. We are on our own!That's awesome. Glad you got her back safe and sound!

What was the best part of your week? I took a couple of summer classes at the University here and just finished my last class of the summer yesterday. Yey!
Worst part? I am getting increasingly less sleep every night due to running to the bathroom.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives? Nope, I'm sure we'll have some company, but they can come visit and then go away.

Best parts-scheduled my RCS for 9/7 & got to see baby boy in 3D yeaterday, finished my last grad class for the summer-as a teacher I take post-graduate classes for salary advancement ($ cha-Ching $), took DS to the park for lunch earlier and playtime due to the break in the humidity yay for 80 degrees! and I have an appt for a prenatal massage today at 4

Worst part?
After my ultrasound number yesterday, dr (who is a little conservative) is a little worried that my AF is low, so I have to drink more water and go back for a follow up ultrasound on Tuesday. Today I already have in over 60 oz and I pee all.the.time. Also, I had to take/squeeze off my engagement ring while I had the chance last night. My ring finger feels naked with just my band.
Will you have company to help after baby arrives?
Not really. All of our family lives in the same town as us, so just short daily visits. A few days after my RCS DH has a work meeting and dinner in a city about 2.5 hours away. I think I'll just have my mom stay with me to help with both boys.
So glad your dog is home safe! Our dog got loose once in town and I was a mess until we found him!
I'm glad they were able to find him that quickly!
