Hi... My name is MLangs and I am addicted to buying baby socks.
I see baby socks and they are just so cute and I want them... all of them... even better if they look like shoes.
Today's baby steals deal is baby socks and I found 3 sets I would like (1 is sold out though). I don't know if $14 ($16 after shipping) is a good deal for baby socks so I go to Amazon - my go-to price comparison place. They are expensive on there but have great reviews... and then I see what other socks that look like shoes are. I had to add these to my baby registry. I am not having a shower so i know I won't get them but OMG! I Lurve them so!

Hi, I'm RissKay and I'm addicted to picking paint and decor for this baby's room. Like, seriously. I spend at least 2 hours a day (ok, ok... probably more like my ENTIRE evening) going through Pinterest, looking online, and different things like that.
I think part of my obsession is the fact that we haven't moved into the actual place we're going to be living in yet, so I can't really get anything yet because I would just have to move it. It's a little ridiculous, and my DH is ready for me to just pick something and be done with it. AH.

To tu-tu's. I love babies in tutu's. If I find out this LO is a girl (on Monday) I will have an entire section of my closet dedicated to tutu's.
I also have a full out addiction to books. I can not stop buying/reading/lending/talking about books. I might cry if LO hates to read.

Books are so important to me.
Books will become an obsession soon... esp if I have to stop buying socks (because I did buy the plaid mary-janes, she already has 15 pairs of socks in less than 1 week).
I am sure i will make her a few tu-tu's. I already have 2-3 colors of Tulle hanging around.
Hello, I am twister and I am obsessed with baby clothes.
My husband is about ready to kill me because we don't know if it's a boy or a girl so I've been getting both
. I am extremely picky about kid's clothes, so no terry-cloth and if it's a one-piece outfit it has to have feet. For the girl clothes I get any color except pink. I hate that 95% of baby girl's clothes is pink.
Yesterday I got two of the cutest girl's outfits, which is good because I have so far bought mostly boy stuff. The first outfit has an animal print skirt with an orange top w/ a flower on the left breast in the animal print. The other outfit is a purple/teal/green tropical skirt with a purple shirt w/ a parrot. Freaking. Adorable.
We got this outfit for DD1- she's wearing it today! Too funny!!

Have you seen the "Please bring your favorite children's book in place of a card!" on invites for baby showers? HOLY COW it's ADORABLE and a GREAT idea.
A. I won't be having an official shower (one will be at work and it is minimal)
B. Personally I think it is bad form to specifically ask people for certain gifts
Even if I had a shower that wasn't co-workers and mostly diapers and clothes I just couldn't do that.
I wish! It's actually sad, I own a sewing machine, a really nice one too, and I haven't the slightest clue how to use it.
OMG I've been dying to do this since my friend's baby shower 3 years ago! I'm obsessed with books on almost an unhealthy level and I want my baby to have a healthy stash of their own. I don't think it's presumptuous or tacky to ask for a simple book (nobody's saying it has to be expensive) in place a cheap card that's going in the recycle bin a week after the shower anyway.
Oh dear this is me too!!! We are moving next week and I can't stop looking up nursery collections, decor, etc. ON TOP OF everything else for the house!! Luckily I'm not allowed to spend a dime right now because we have to save every penny for the move and deposit etc... which helps control the urge to purchase... but AGHHHH !!!!

I saw boxes of these going for under $10 at Home Goods and TJMaxx (don't know if these stores are in your area). And I wanted to buy the Vans ones... Except I haven't found out the sex yet. But the second I do, I am so going to buy all the socks that Trumpette makes! My fav is the Lucy's.
