Just a quick question about what others due in regards to starting solids. I have now exclusively fed DD for 6 months! Feels great to say that since at first it was kind of difficult and very painful! The other night we just tried a bit of rice cereal in the evening. She has been pretty interested in food for a long time, so we knew she was ready. She did pretty good and I plan on continuing to try some food in evening along with our usual nursing sessions. My questions is, how do I start adding in more solid feeding sessions and continue breastfeeding as well. Do you start doing foods morning, noon, and night and just breastfeed in between whenvever she seems hungry? As a first time mom it's all new, so thanks for sharing!
Re: Breastfeeding and starting solids
I did baby led solids (started with big pieces, not purees), but the best website ever for solids is here:
