Headaches are actually pretty common in 1st tri anyway. Your body is raging with hormones and your blood volume and circulation are increasing too. Have you had a lot of m/s? If you have, you could easily get dehydrated, causing tension headaches. Are you eating enough? Have you totally cut out all caffeine abruptly?
I've never heard of prenatals causing headaches without anything else contributing. For me, I've only heard of some prenatals being harder on the stomach than others. Ask your doctor.
I have't had a lot of morning sickness. I've felt sick but never actually thrown up. I stay really hydrated and eat really balanced. I never had coffee or soda before I got pregnant so, I doubt it's caffeine. I have my doctors appointment on Wednesday and will get doctor feedback then.
