  We use mam and nuby - they have velcro fastners and ditto on great for toys! Thats really all we use em for since she quit the paci. Had to make use of the holders somehow!

  we use the booginhead ones. you can attach them to any paci and the part that attaches to baby is a metal clip. they are super nice and they sell them at BRU (and im sure other places too).

  Another vote for Booginhead. Its the only one I found that works on any pacifier.

  We love Booginhead so much that I bought 5 of them to keep around the house/diaper bag/my mom's.

  you can take the ring off the mam ones and the velcro will attach to any paci with a handle :-)
