Heels = Swollen feet. Any advice?

The two prior days, I wore a pair of heels and a pair of wedges to work.  Yesterday evening, I noticed that my feet were swollen.  It's so gross.  So I elevated them last night while I slept and they are still a little swollen today.  I have definitely learned my lesson, but am wondering if any one has some advice for  what to do with swollen feet.  TIA!

  • Ice them and elevate them when you can.

I'd also invest in some comfy (but cute!) shoes with no heel. Lots of support, there are some cute flats with all of the qualities!

If you set at a desk, make sure to get up and walk around every so often and stretch your legs. If you're on your feet a lot, be sure to take a break!

  • All of the above and also stay hydrated. Watch the salt intake.

  • There are compression stockings you can buy to help with swelling, but I don't know if they are recommended for pregnant women.
