  We haven't gotten ours done yet either, but hopefully will do it next week.

  I don't think it's too late.  They don't change that much from month to month at this age.  And you will be happy when ds is 10 or older that you have them and you won't care that he was 14 months old when you did them.

  I don't necessarily agree with the bolded, I feel like Emma has already changed SO much since her birthday, but you should go ahead and get pictures done anyway. At first I was wanting to hit all these particular/specific milestones with pictures but then we had really nice ones done at 11 months for Easter (with a live bunny, so cute!) and that kind of threw me off. Now I'm planning a session at 15 months that will sort of be like her 1 year pics but also for our 5 year anniversary and a maternity. I thought 15 months was a nice landmark to fit in with the other two special events.
