I only looked at the graph but that sizable dip right after 38 weeks is interesting...I was also surprised there wasn't a huge jump in inductions after 40 weeks.
I guess I am not as surprised that the inductions is rather constant. A lot of women plan to be induced on or before their due date and others are induced because of risk factors. (Also, if you think about it, the percentage of inductions vs women left to deliver is much higher) There are a lot of women who fight not to be induced (I for one am because my doctor is already hinting at it)
