F/U to my Rental WWYD?

We found a BRAND NEW rent house in the same city where I work, which happens to be the same city where my mother (who is taking care of the baby when I go back to work) and H's parents and grandparents live.
It's less than the townhouse I was talking about and it's bigger and nicer.
I just wanted to share because I'm super excited! 
Thanks for all of the advice! I'm happy that we didn't take the next step with any other properties that we've looked at, because THIS one is THE house.

After moving from California to Oklahoma, hearing the term "rent house" still never fails to crack me up.

We'll get the keys August 15th (a Wednesday) which is 5 days before I go back to work, and the goal is to be completely move by that weekend.
I slept SO well last night for the first time in over a week, and I think it's because I am so relieved.

So exciting! We'll be cleaning up our new rental house throughout August and be totally moved in by the end of the month, so we'll be setting up our new places at the same time, pretty much! It's definitely a great relief--MH and I were giddy after we finalized things for this place!
