Possible Miscarriage?

Got a BFP on the 24th. It was a fairly strong one and DH and I were super excited for Baby 2 on the way, Because I am a super freak, I took another test the next morning (the 25th) . This test came back fairly faint so I took another test last night and it's pretty much non existent. You really have to strain to get the possibly of seeing anything. I have felt pregnant for the past week or so and I would be a little over 4 weeks today. My pregnany symptoms have seemed to disappear along with the little fain hope and line that we had. I am thinking we have had another miscarriage. I still have yet to start bleeding and have some good cramps every now and then but that's it. Because we have gone through this before I am waiting a few days dots to see if anything happens but am so confused. Has any one else experienced this?

Missed period, positive test, positive test, negative test.

Chemical pregnancies 12/2/10, 1/3/11, and 2/7/11.
dx: RPL due to poor quality uterine lining; begin progesterone January 2011
BFP 3/10/11. EDD 11/19/11. E arrived 11/15/11!
