I actually find that I am the complete opposite. Before we were expecting I would get hungry every few hours, now though I find I am barely hungry at all. When I am hungry though, I am VERY hungry. It comes on very quickly and feels like I haven't eaten in days, so hubby reminds me to eat slowly so that I don't stuff my face and make myself sick (has happened once or twice). I also find that foods that I used to love smell disgusting, and don't taste the same.
I went through an entire sleeve of saltines one afternoon at work. I have never felt more gluttonous or disgusting in my life. My hunger fluctuates. Some days I only eat when the nausea starts up because it helps tame it. Other days I'll eat anything offered to me.
Yes, when i get hungry... i get HUNGRY. I've never felt such intense hunger before and it's hard because when it comes on this strong I want to eat whatever is filling and nearby. It doesn't give me much time to find something healthy.
