  If I am right it is just the 3 covers.  We had an option to add the bundle of covers for $99 when we purchased ours and decided not to.  So I think it is just the covers.

  Differences

  • Organic Ergo features 100% certified organic cotton twill on outside of carrier and 100% certified organic cotton sateen for lining and hood -- super-soft and sustainable!
    
  • Options Ergo features zipper on hood storage pouch and allows interchangeable looks with snap-on fashion covers (sold separately).

  As for the price.... is it a promotion??  They have the "options" carrier in black for $120.  The 3 covers for $30.  And the carrier + covers for $100???  Makes no sense....
