books for boys

hi all,

there seems to be a trend around here today...we are also expecting a boy!

so -my family is only girls, i'm feeling a little out of my element.

any of you have recommendations on books about raising boys? i think i need a bit of a head start on this one.

thanks everyone, and congrats to all of you/us who finally know what "team" we're on!

Congrats!! I can't recommend any books but we are also expecting a boy. It'll be #2 for us, boys are a lot of fun!

I have a book called how to say it to boys by Richard Heyman that I picked up at a thrift store that helped me with my son. It's an easy read too.

I believe there is a book called, "How To Tuck in a Superhero" that's about raising boys.

I like "It's a Boy! Your Son's Development from Birth to Age 18" by Michael Thompson PhD.

Congrats. Boys are tonnes of fun. I picked up the book linked below at the library last week and have been really impressed.

I also looked at this one. It was cute and I think it would be a good/easy read but it was a little less factual.
