After the morning that I had (still throwing up at 20 weeks and burnt the heck out of my hand on a pop tart)..there is no way I'm cooking tonight. I'm going to talk DH into going out by reminding him that it's Thirsty Thursday (even though I'm just in it for the food).
We are the worst at dinners so I'm probably no help with suggestions. We do super easy stuff like oven pizza, bean and cheese nachos. I feel like I'm not good at cooking anything more complicated than that and meat and veggies sound awful during this pregnancy anyways.
I will be watching this board to try and get ideas too!

I am not sure about tonight, but at our house we often have spaghetti, tacos, enchiladas. Last night I made chicken and penne pasta with some broccoli and carrots in it. it was pretty good.
We're doing soft-shell tacos tonight! I'm going to do shredded chicken for DH and for myself, I'm going to saut? some broccoli, zucchini, summer squash and onions. Then all the fixin's. Can't wait for dinner and I finished lunch about 3 minutes ago.
Crab legs and stuffed salmon. Mmmm... I ran to the grocery to pick up a salad for lunch (the veggie aversion is on hiatus!), and accidently-on-purpose stumbled into the seafood section. ;-)
I'm going to bake the salmon, but steam the crab legs. Lemon and butter on the side.

Chorizo & refried bean quesadillas for all us except my picky 4yo who will have plain cheese. My 2.5 yo will probably just eat the chorizo. God love her and her crazy taste buds!
Yesterday I made some kick a$$ meatballs with spaghetti. I'm looking forward to picking up some crusty bread & making meatball melts w/cheese.
Hamburger meat, brown gravy, garlic, mushrooms, onion, with mashed potatoes and cheese on top... yummy!
It is more of a winter dish but so good we eat it year around! Plus it is super appealing to me right now and we eat alot of things that sound good to me!

Pizza "mountain pies" (think homemade hot pockets) made over an open fire. My veggie challenges are also on hiatus, so we have a ton of veggies to include inside. SO HAPPY I don't need to cook!
Re: WFD?
-Tonight will be veggie melts!

Enchilada Chili
Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Cordon Blue (I cheat and get the frozen ones.
)
Stouffers Lasagna
Pot Roast with veggies
Breakfast muffins (found recipe ideas on Pinterest!)
